Lifa Lesive Community Development Agency built a community clinic that would help the community of Msogwaba that is travelling long kilometers to access health care especially for the chronic patients and screening and testing daily.

Lifa Lesive like to thank supporter and partners from IYL who helped to build a new Lifa lesive community care center in Msogwaba that would help and reduced the overcrowded within the health facility.

Lifa Lesive Community development care center staff conducted door to door for revisiting those who are far within the health facility and some are disabled, old age, some are in chronic illnesses, and we do free health screening and testing within their homes.
